Ellas is a self-founded podcast created to motivate Latinas to pursue their professional journeys, and encourage them to pave more paths for the current and next generation. I produce and host the bi-weekly podcast that features Latinas who are making an impact in their careers and paving the path for our current and future LatinX generations. I develop written content to promote new episodes through email newsletters and social media (LinkedIn and Instagram). I lead the production of episodes, developed show intros/outros, and created episode descriptions/show notes. I also create digital assets for social media, shape episode concepts, manage marketing and promotion of episodes, select guests/topics, and upload episodes to podcast platforms with appropriate tags. I ensure all content remains authentic to the brand and aligns with the mission of amplifying LatinX voices. Since successfully founding Ellas in 2019, I have been able to garner relationships with 50+ women to bring their voices to life in bi-weekly episodes. Secured features in five major outlets, including Los Angeles Times en Español, VoyageLA, Shoutout LA, Latinas Create, and Latina Podcasters. Achieved recognition from Apple Podcasts to have Ellas included in the Unidos Somos Uno collection while highlighting episode 50 in the Emerging Creatives podcast playlist at the #5 ranking. Obtained a #135 rank in Apple Podcasts and generated 10k+ downloads with an engaged audience worldwide.
