I take great pride in focusing my professional achievements on communication, branding, and social media to tell compelling stories with an emphasis on audience relatability, growth, and lasting profit. As an effective copywriter professional and problem solver with 5+ years of experience in writing compelling copy for web content, videos, press releases, newsletters, podcasts, campaigns, blogs, and social media - I combine my passion for creativity, entrepreneurship, and advocacy in hopes to achieve a greater representation of historically excluded and underinvested communities in media. I have launched a bi-weekly podcast and audio media company, Ellas Media. It was born out of my deep desire to empower Latinas by amplifying their voz through podcasting in order to positively impact their lives and communities.
I graduated with a B.S. in Communication from la Universidad del Valle de México, Lomas Verdes, State of Mexico, Mexico in the winter of 2015, and since then I've written in television, print, and digital platforms in English and Spanish, worked on strategy, audience relatability, and execution.
My background, while extensive, isn't traditional. I have worn many hats. I'm always seeking opportunities to grow my expertise in different areas in copywriting or within different industries. Having worked as a highly skilled copywriter, podcast producer, and host in developing expertise in verbal and written stories on a range of culture, entrepreneurship, and fashion. I'm set on delivering creative solutions and stories in English and Spanish with impact in all stages of production, from strategizing to copywriting, copy editing, production, distribution, and assessing analytics with a meaningful approach.
Currently, I am the proud founder of Ellas Media, an audio and online media company that empowers Latinas by providing them the space, resources, and guidance to amplify their voice through podcasting to continue creating an impact in our communities.
